What does the OBE stand for - One Boiled Egg?

To be honest whats not to like,wrote and starred in one of the arguably best sitcoms on TV form the last decade Gavin & Stacy. Was a smash hit on Broadway with his one man show and presently is anchoring a talk show to critical acclaim on American TV.

Of course what goes against him is that he is a popular success something that "the luvvies" on chit chat find quite distasteful

MadVlad, I'm sure he couldn't give a flying fck what is said on here. I'm just as entitled to dislike him just as much as you are entitled to like him/his work, does that make me a "luvvie"??.

I just don't get programs like Gavin & Stacey, are they supposed to be funny???

I think I'll stick to Alf Garnett & Frank Spencer

I have sat through Gavin and Stacey and I just don't get it -it didn't raise one smile. I tried to be amused but I just couldn't see it -what was I missing?

When I tried watching it, I felt a bit confused. I was trying to work out whether it was a comedy or not?!?

The only reason I carried on watching it is cos I was having wild sexual thoughts about Joanna Page!
