True Detective Series 2

Started 2 am this morning.. Great 1st series with McConaughey and Harrelson, not to mention the ultra delicious Lili Simmons..

So totally agree with you about this cast, when i found out that dikhead Farrell was in it, my optimism daded badly.

My missus tried to watch the first series last night but she switched off after 30 minutes, is it worth sticking with?

I nearly followed her when i watched it, SK. The way it keeps going back is annoying at first, but tell her to stick with it, she won't be disappointed.

Watch the first two episodes and take it from there. It becomes a better watch when some of the background is revealed. It does take a bit of an effort to hear what McConaughey is saying in the 'up to date secenes' when the cops are interviewing him.

Cheers guys, I've passed that on and I think she's going to give it another go.

Try and watch episode 2 on yer own first.

I have always wondered what Alexandra Daddario's quite obvious perfect bod looked like when unwrapped. Never saw a glimpse on nip before this episode (believe me i've looked) sooooooooo.....

Think I'll have to watch series 2 episode 1 again and try and get what's going on

Watched it last night and it was better than I expected. Farrell was pretty good but I don't think I'll be able to take Vaughn seriously as that type of character, like Boardwalk Empire and Steve Buscemi.
