Well under control this years, been taking 10mg of Cetirizine every day for the past 3 weeks.

I heard one nugget 40 years too late. If you have itchy eyes DON'T scratch them. You will only break open the pollen grains that are causing the itch and make it 10 times worse. I suffered badly as a kid from this and had my eyes scratched out at times.

I buy generic brands. Keep your eyes peeled for deals like this every February or March:

My wife me you can get a deal deal on hayfever tablets on groupon which works out even cheaper than the 79p a packet of 14 I normally pay one of the bargain shops. I get mine all year round so probably more of an allergy. I don't take them every day. Normally just for a week or so at a time after a bout of the allergy. Anyone know the difference between the green and the blue packet you get in what I think is bargain stores branch I get mine. Three times the flippin price in the supermarkets for exactly the same ingredients.

That deal was for 30 tablets which is pretty good, I stocked up 6 months worth, they have a long shelf life. Could it be drowsy or non drowsy paddletoe for the colours?

I'm Ok in that most generic solutions work. I pity those like you that suffer all year round.

I don't know Dav_vin but for every brand name there is a generic tablet behind it. Don't go spending £4 on a box of 7 tablets when you can get 30 of the generic brand for far cheaper.
