Last week our weekly pub poker game was cancelled so, being at a loose end, I created a new PS account and deposited the minimum £10. After playing in a multi-table tournament and a few micro stakes zoom games I somehow managed to run up my tenner to $101.64. All very nice, of course, but I'm not really a fan of internet poker and don't have much inclination to log in again any time soon.
Anyway tonight, over a week since I played, I attempted to withdraw the $101.64 back to the debit card from which the initial deposit was made. The bloody site keeps knocking me back with the message we are unable to process a withdrawal using this method for amounts under $100 USD. Please try again using a higher amount.
I sense some sort of underhand policy being operated. Any ideas?
i would email. they usually always get back within 24 hours. there's a way of getting live chat via the deposit / withdraw page but I seem to remember it's hard to find.
You haven't fallen foul of the "no withdrawals within 48 hours of your last deposit" rule so a strange one.

Deposit another tenner, which would bring you past any £100 + charges/commission malarkey, then withdraw £107 or whatever it would be that`s left?
How`s your book going?

My apologies, gentlemen, only just noticed your replies.
I sent PS customer services an email detailing my problem and, to their credit, received an extremely swift reply. Unfortunately, however, it was couched in such tortuously mangled language a lawyer would struggle to make sense of it. Essentially, I think, they will only allow me to withdraw my initial deposit, or at least they would allow me if it was above $100 (it's only $15 USD). Fúckíng liberty if you ask me, an obvious ploy to give punters every opportunity to flatten their bankrolls. The sensible option is to transfer to a friend.
Good evening, Tim. I trust you are well, sir. The book is just about finished but, to my shame, the manuscript has just been lying in a drawer for the last couple of years as I suffer from acute laziness.
