The most annoying answer to any quiz question EVER, always comes from the younger generation of today.
'It was before my time.' The battle Of Hastings the signing of the Magna Carta Henry 8th coming to the throne the Great Fire Of London The battle of Trafalgar The battle of Waterloo The American Civil War Titanic sinking The first World War The Lusitania being sunk The stock market crash The San Francisco earthquake Hitler invading Poland The bomb on Hiroshima and the day before I was born. All before my time, but I know about them, you dumb young bastards!! Ask them a question no Big Brother or the lyrics of a rap song, and they're straight in with the answer. W*nkers. |

This is going to annoy me for the rest of the day. I do remember the assassin was Charlotte Corday, because of the racehorse of that name a few years ago. |

The one thing you can guarantee is that when young people appear on TV quiz shows they seem to have absolutely no general knowledge whatsoever. I shudder to think what it's going to be like in 50 years!

The one thing you can guarantee is that when young people appear on TV quiz shows they seem to have absolutely no general knowledge whatsoever. I shudder to think what it's going to be like in 50 years! Absolutely, you can just see a quiz in 2065 asking " who was the virgin queen " & someone answering Queen Elizabeth 2nd ![]() |

Also been to Dean Court although I'm not sure offhand if Bournemouth's current ground is the old one revamped and renamed or a completely new venue.
If it is the latter, I'm pretty sure it's within a few yards of their previous home. |

New name. And pitch turned 90 degrees. Plus probably pretty new stands, etc.
