So you are sitting in your house and its a nice day.
A thought comes into your mind to go to the seaside.
so after considering ,you say to yourself "I will go to the seaside"
Now the thought that came into your head(about the seaside )came from conscious mind.
You other mind( your sub conscious) does not make decisions because it can not tell wrong from right.
So when you made the decision to go to the seaside who decided to go.
the conscious mind asked the question.
your sub conscious is not capable of making a decision.
and who or what listens to all your thoughts ,and then makes decisions.
I think we must have a conscious spirit ,inside us.
