I Went to town to Get an Orange Mobile Phone PAYGo Upgrade for my Mother, A Microsoft Lumia 435, £14.99 Car phone Warehouse High Street shop would Not honour the Offer advertised, So I went Online To Car phone Warehouse and ordered, No problems, it arrived the next day, Unlocked, but No Micro-Sim provided, Went online to Orange to order a New Micro-Sim, they promise You will keep the same Mobile Number and Your present Credit Balance, within 48 Hours, 72 Hours pass, No New Micro-sim, so I phone them up, No, they wont post a new one out, because 10 Years ago this Mobile Numbers PAYGo account, was registered to a different Person and Address, Yes Me, but I left the UK and gave this Sim to my Mother for the past 7 Years. So I go into EE High street shop, Explain, and they give me a Micro-Sim, "Just had to Call in its Serial Number" But the Pr!ck gave me a Contract Sim-card, FFS, I told him PAYGo, I go back to that EE Shop, now I get a New EE PAYGo sim, but I have to put some Money on to Activate it, The Man makes sure that the Original Orange number is "Ported" straight on to this EE Micro-sim, One hour later the Mobile Works, 7 Days have now past since I received the New Microsoft Lumia 435. The Old number has been "Ported", BUT, the Credit on the Old Sim has Not been transferred on the New sim, an Amount into Double Figures££`s I Go online and make a PAYGo Account on EE Website in my Mothers Name, The account Refuses to show the Balance, will Not give an option to Top up with a card, And says it does Not recognise the Mobile Device, I try to speak to them, but after 9 Minutes connection-2 minutes speaking, they cut me off. So now after 5 Phone calls Later, we are No farther forward, Orange are part of EE Company, but they Don't talk to each other? They cant access each others accounts, When BT takes them over, it will get Worse,
