Go to "Current Bets" on the main site and they say I have none!
Ok, I found them when clicking "Exchange" but there is no split of "Matched" & "Unmatched".
Furthermore there are only 20 per page when it used to be 50.
I have hundreds of bets which I want to cancel en masse, and which used to take a couple of clicks per page.
Now I don't see any facility to cancel, so having to process them race by race in my app.
Does anyone at Betfair have any understanding of this business, from a customers point of view?

Didn't you complain about this recently, someone did.
Hold on .. yes you're correct. Absolutely stupid isn't it. It's simple for them to split them their end a nightmare our end. How do we get the old site back, is it now completely gone? |

No wait a minute, there are, quite stupidly, TWO current bets pages, the new one, and the old one which you can get via the activity link on your account?
"My bets" is the new sh*t one, "current bets" is more like the old one and still has the split? https://myaccount.betfair.com/activity/currentbets If they remove the ability to split matched and unmatched they need taken out and shot, that's completely stupid. |

For about the last 10 days the layout of my account is entirely different every time i look at it.Things change seemingly at random even if i look a couple of minutes apart.

You know, it's all well and good evolving, if there is a real and positive purpose behind it, but it would be a help if they advise,
and explain to their ten a penny punters, how to adapt to these changes! |
