dont quite agree with that.
i think there are plenty a long term bargains to be had property wise if you know your areas in the eurozone...if you dont though then your guessing.

Put some into Ladbrokes shares.
Underperforming and 2 big names have left the boardroom recently.
Expect an even bigger name to come in and give them the shake-up they so desperately need.

buy a house in my hometown, Tavira.

Nice historical center, 5 months of Summer, no true Winter. There's an island inside a natural park with a great beach, warm water between July and September. You can rent to tourists when you're not there.

To be frank i'm not sure what their ongoing charges are...all i know is i've invested with them at various dates between 2003 and 2007 and so far they've made a 130% profit.
