Nope, he was having a laugh ffs. Edin S was possibly the only seat in Scotland where tactical voting played a part against the SNP. Areas like Morningside and the Grange, Blackford etc will be stuffed with soft Libs and Cons who voted anti SNP, plus the fact that Ian Murray would keep votes he'd normally have lost if not for his deep involvement with FOH.

Can't imagine anyone in Morningside voting SNP... given it's arguably the most middle-class area in Scotland, can say that with some confidence as I live 10 minutes walk if that to the bank on the corner at the top :)
