I appreciate that some constituencies have more voters than others.
But how come, some can return their MP in 45 minutes and the last one hasn't finished counting yet after16 hours?

rural areas to gather the boxes in, number of counters. 1 see 20/25 seats didnt have counters in till 6/ 7am to start counting

Some don't count them, they just sort the votes into piles and weigh them. Hence the expression weighed in.
