They'd be better off with Skinner taking over - then real Labour voters might feel they have a voice.

"Red Ed" indeed. He's about as red as an anaemic Redpenk.

Well, that's a tricky Q, Alun.

Possibly - or I might make it worse.

Is that any good to you?

Tommy, I did my own Exit Poll outside a Polling Station here in Wales today.

66% told me they voted Plaid Cymru
20 % told me they'd voted for Scargy's Comedy Socialist Party.

I assumed they all told me the truth, and with huge swings like that I have put every penny I have on Plaid Cymru to win the most seats across the whole UK at 999/1.

I only just noticed they aren't fielding a single candidate in England or Wales.

I AM RUINED

Sorry alun, pandora has for a long time been wearing that crown.

Maybe he will still give long odds on UKIP winning a seat, you could end up in front if you act quicklyCool

Does this Exit Poll mean that Russell Brand's endorsement of Labour is not as all-critical as The Guardian would have had us believe?

Certain elements of the media completely overhype the left-wing vote. It happened in 2010 when everyone was claiming a Lib Dem landslide when in the end, they in fact lost seats. All week on Twitter, various trending topics were along the lines #votelabour, get rid of cameron, etc, etc. I take modern media counting methods with a pinch of salt.

massive majority of their old vote want neither. Delighted to see the champagne socialists getting a hiding.

Sky news report was spot on.....look at numerous constituencies who have voted Labour for decades.....they are suddenly asking themselves, what have they gained from it?

I don't know how many share my views, I align much more strongly with labour values than conservative ones, but there is no way I could forgive myself for voting in Ed Balls and Ed Milliband.

I'm unsure whether Balls is more Machiavellian than he is incompetent; it's a very close run thing.

I genuinely believe Miliband would have done better had he remained a geek. He would have kept his integrity. Instead he makes more of a fool of himself pretending, badly, to be something he's not.

Millband: 'No'

Thye have been backed as low as 11/10, they are now 500.
