On the bar just above the emails.

To the left next to the 'To'

There is an ! and an @

Right click on these.

In the bar I have "Sort By To" then on the right a little down arrow, but nothing on the left.

If I click on the down arrow it's set at "to". If I select "sent" it does the job.

Many thanks Dr.

Oh yes Kenny I see that does the lot in one go.

Thanks, I've learned something as well.

If I can help somebody, as I pass along,
If I can cheer somebody, with a word or song,
If I can show somebody, that he's travelling wrong,
Then my living shall not be in vain.

I could not get on with windows mail. I found a new free e-mail program last year that works quite well. It's named eM Client.
You can import e-mail from other sources.
I use that to maintain a copy on my pc and use gmail online. Gmail is very good. Spam gets dragged into a spam folder, the search facility is very good and I really like the filters. You can set filters to automatically filter e-mail from addresses other than the ones you wish to regularly read from your inbox. You than can periodically look at the All mail view to see if those you filter to the archive or other folders contain anything interesting.
