betfair customer services today

We thought we’d let you know that a flaw was discovered in our password recovery flow this morning. Our development teams have now fixed the flaw, and our security teams have tested it successfully.

We are reviewing the situation and impact, and we are currently carrying out a full security review of our process to ensure that there are no more vulnerabilities.

Sometimes Passwords escape the matrix of the interweb and are recaptured by seraphim and cherubim who send them back via the river Styks (see wiki).
Betfair then scoop them out with nets made by the celestial arachnids.

Because they're not idiots. Password recovery flow = the series of steps (the flow) taken to ensure the person requesting a new password is the person to whom the account belongs.
