Talking to a couple running a café yesterday and they have three staff taking the lend. One has had three months off for a broken finger,one for stress and the other works five hours and demands free sandwiches ! They are selling up as they have to work 60 hours a week to cover for layabouts who play the system and now have to fork out redundancy to get rid of them.Remember that when you go to the polls, at least the tories are trying to change that.
