I've had the album for about 20 years Tex. It's pretty funny throughout I'd say, and I commend it to the house.
The real story would be how on earth he got a contract to record the album. I also like to imagine how the production team or record label might have plucked up the courage to tell JP that some of his vocals maybe needed a bit of tidying up.
