They say that time waits for no man.
If time waited from what point in time would it wait?
It wouldn't need a point in time to wait. Because if it
did wait in time there wouldn't be a point in time where
it could wait. So making the point in time when it waited
from pointless.
Time can never wait in time because it is time if it did wait
it wouldn't be time. So if time waited all that would happen
is the length of time would just get larger between the two
points of time
That's where things start to get complicated.

all time already exists, so just hanging around like

Since there exists in this four dimensional structure [space-time] no longer any sections which represent "now" objectively, the concepts of happening and becoming are indeed not completely suspended, but yet complicated. It appears therefore more natural to think of physical reality as a four dimensional existence, instead of, as hitherto, the evolution of a three dimensional existence.

That's a way of putting it because if time was something else it wouldn't be time.
So there would never be a time ahead of time or behind time even in a fourth dimension.
If it was it wouldn't be in our time anytime.

So basically to wrap this up in a nut shell
you can't put something that isn't there into
something that doesn't exist.
So time can't go back in time anytime because
the time wouldn't be time if at anytime it stopped
being time. There would never be a point in time
to go back to because of the moment it stops being
time.
