Seems to have become a sort of political Messiah, of course she has the luxury
of claiming credit for anything good and blaming westminster  for anything bad.

Just wish the SNP would put up some candidates in English constituencies.

Why not if she's so convinced in their policies and truly want to make a mark at the National (you know, real 'national', the 'national' that Scotland voted for last year) level.

Yeah okay only slightly tongue in cheek!

After all, UKIP are putting up candidates in Scottish constituencies. Not exactly like-for-like comparison, granted but still a party whose policies you'd feel have zero traction with their electorate, having the balls to argue their case where it matters.

Annoying how she uses the word progressive instead of bankrupting

Are there really people in England stupid enough to vote for a party which (until it gets independence)  basically would screw the English to give even more to Scotland.

That really would be a valuable list of suckers.

Well we're not going to get a chance to find out are we, since the Scottish Nationalists would never contemplate such an idea.

Much easier to support a minority Labour govt (or even better form a coalition with them) without a mandate from 80% of the UK.

I think you're mixing her up with Jamesie Cotters wife Ella. She's a dead ringer for her.

Of course Miliband doesnt need their support. He can safely form a minority Govt knowing they wouldnt dare bring down a Labour Govt. This idea that somehow they will have significant influence after the election and be able to alter either economic policy or strategic defence policy is laughable.

If he is in a good mood Miliband might throw her a couple of scraps but thats all.

Her success is all built on the back of Scotland getting far too much cash per capita off the national treasury. Put her on parity with the rest of the UK and see how much the haggis munchers love her then!

@Dotchinite Spot on and Milli should make a big play of that.
Sturgeon thinks she'll have him by the goolies but he'll be able to turn the tables on her quite easily by replaying her 'keep the tories out at all cost' cards.

She spits out the word 'Tories' as if they are the scum of the earth,
at the 2010 election in scotland the Nats[ once known as tartan tories]
got 19% of the vote whereas the conservatives got 17%.the problem for
the conservatives is that their voters are widespread across the country.
