I was intending to make the first bet a 16-way accumulator, but the software wouldn't allow two of the selections for some reason.  One of them was Zhang Anda to beat Joe Perry at 6/1.

I find it strange you've put the 3 outsiders , R Milkins , A McGill & M Selt in Both bets , Mr Monster , but for that reason I'd have to say , I'm Out Scared

Moonbeam

Milkins has won the last 4 against Higgins
McGill is the practice partner of SM, and McGill has won 69.2% of frames when they have met.
M Selt has won the last 2(whitewashed) against Hawkins

Snooker is not the game of choice for me, I am sh1t at it for one thing and I don't enjoy the viewing on the telly too much.
However, PM's bets (if I remeber right he's a "cuester" in his own right), backed up by AG's reasoned retort to McM's resistance has had me pressing a few buttons and I managed to back the first five of the 10 bet acca.

Bet a whole two quid at odds of 43/1'ish.

Maybe it'll stimulate some sort of interest in the sport. I hope so, but I rather doubt it.

Good luck to you all that sail in the good ship of snooker betting.

Good morning, gentlemen.

I'm only betting in small stakes, too, Gnarley: £10 on each of the long-shot accumulators listed above.  I've had a similar bet for the last twenty plus years (usually all sixteen of the first-rounders) and I'm yet to collect!  There have been plenty of 14 out of 16 results over the years, but my best ever showing was 15 out of 16 with the sixteenth (Cliff Thorburn) just losing out 10-9.

I've put in those three outsiders, Mr M, for the exact reasons Angel pointed out.  Only a fun bet though, of course, I wouldn't recommend anyone lumps on heavily for such a long shot.

Good luck to us all.
