These are huge costs tso, unfortunately a money tree hasn't been discovered yet.
Treatment for foreign people should be paid for by their own country or via worldwide charities.
Allowing the british taxpayer to foot the bill will just result in anyone contracting hiv fleeing to this country.

As a say a worldwide charity needs to look after this issue.
And maybe just maybe the extra money saved by the nhs could pay for life saving treatments for british people who have paid into the system.
