Junior is back to the hospital for a surgery tomorrow. Should be just a routine eye op. Because he was born with some issues that needed addressing early on in his life I think his eyes never fully developed and he needs some correction so that both eyes focus together. I am squeamish about eye stuff and I can honestly say I could handle his heart op better - makes no sense!
His other specialists will also be there to do some camera scope work and see how he is looking in his airway etc. They are also going to go over the results of the sleep study they did a few weeks back. Nervous and excited as usual!
This lad sounds like an absolute trooper - no kid deserves to go through so much so early on in his life.
Makes you think when you are screaming at the TV over another crap George Baker ride!
Hope it all goes great tomorrow - these specialists are bloody geniuses and deserve all our respect. Makes you think when they are picking up maybe 100k a year and Raheem Sterling thinks he deserves more than that a week....crazy.
Good luck mate.

That was an excellent visit, well, as any trip can be to a hospital! The scope by the ENT showed his windpipe and vocal cords were looking great. It is now very likely that the trach will come out this summer! Also, the eye op went very smoothly. Not a big drinker any more, but when that trach comes out I am going to get smashed.
