Yep once again my pc is infected,dwarf porn is a killer but on a serious note any advice for removing said virus ?

I was bombarded with pop ups/adverts a couple of weeks ago. Tried everything adblock etc. Nothing worked.Then I scanned with Malware Bytes ( free version ). 1,172 infected files found.Cleaned. Computer perfect now.
