I heard this interview with Miles Hilton-Barber (someone I'd never heard of before) on the Colin Murray Show on Tuesday.
Miles went blind in his twenties and at 50 years of age decided to become an adventurer.
His tale is one to be heard - and his words about how we should each live without any fear are ones of inspiration.
