for all the LD ills and there are a few you have to say that anything remotely considered to be ethical and not flat out soul selling to enterprise greed was down to them.
Best the tories can hope for is the public believe it was down to them and not the LD that they took hostage to get power.

I assumed Lib Dem voters would cut out the middle man this time and just vote Tory.

...and btw, what the fook happened to vince?
What the hell did they do with him after they used him solely to sell the royal mail?
Hes hardly ever seen now, is it guilt on his part I wonder cos he was interviewed at the time and he admitted that he will give his true opinions of the move after leaving office.

I love the way the tory movement is so obsessed with somebodies looks.

tories invent new vernacular.
Its beyond euphemism.
Like when grant shapps said 'I regret over firmly denying'
pmsl so funny the bull5hit they contrive.

it means just like Aitken he tried his hand, got found out and tried his best to save face by focusing on his 'over firmly' part of not telling the truth.
So had it been less firm would it have been more true?
rancid lot

I'm beginning to think that the only way forward is to vote UKIP.

Ah, the mask slippeth akabula. But what about your "local LibDem MP" who you canvass for? Not far enough to the right for you? Or has liar and Uncle Tom Carmichael embarrassed you all?

Good luck with a UKIP vote in Scotland.Laugh

So you're sticking with the LibDems then? How's the canvassing? What's the feedback on the doorsteps?
By:
akabula
When: 06 Apr 15 20:45
No canvassing. Just help with posters and leaflet drops.
I hope the SNP supporters behave themselves and we don't see the bully boy tactics we saw during the independence (failed) campaign. Wink

You can bet we won't be burning Saltires as the NO mob did on 19th Sept in George Sq.

How's the feedback then?
By:

I think one flag got burnt.
Can you remember the chants of the Yes campaigners?
Not very Scottish were they yet you fail to acknowledge that.
BTW the SNP bubble will burst over the next few weeks. That's a certainty.
By:

That's a certainty.

What's certain is more lies and illegal dirty tricks from the Unionists, just like pre referendum.

Fail to acknowledge? What rubbish. Not very Scottish to burn Saltires though.

Which means: "Phuqit, I hoped he wouldn't see that and ask awkward questions that I can't answer."

Alias, nearly 13 years on Betfair, 5,280 posts.
akabula, just over 7 years on Betfair and with 11,300, well over double the posts. "Can't help yourself"LaughLaughLaugh

"We ain't even a united people" - No, there are you royalty loving, tory bum kissing huns, and the rest of us.

Is that the official SNP line or just your bigoted view? Somehow I think Nicola would be disowning you if you were brave enough to put your name to it.
