What's the best TV Box to buy ?

I know Ovalman mentioned one recently & Pug also mentioned one a while ago (just wondered if you bought it)
plus what type of channels can you get on these modern boxes

I'm a bit out of touch with this modern technology as I watch a lot decent stuff via internet , but am thinking Sky TV's becoming a thing of the past so am thinking of ditching it as only really use it for catch up
