As my old school chum Hunter S Thompson RIP used to say, "Res Ipsa Loquitur", though personally I think it was the 'Wild Turkey' talking.

'Valete' for the moment, and remember as HST was often heard to say "When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro".

Reminds me of one of many tales heard around the dinner table when I was a young boy at my aunts house just outside Eastbourne.

My aunt Dolly worked in a munitions factory in London during the war.

Apparently her foreman was a horrible bully of a man, so much so that she sometimes used to come home crying.

He shouted at her once to 'Go and get me a bastard file.'

She lost her temper and screamed at him 'Go and get it your f*cking self.'

Cannibalism is the answer.  The more you think about it, the more obvious it becomes.

Appalling people? - you'll have to narrow that down a bit, as nearly everybody fits that bill.

my question is : what age was a person by the time realised, as a matter of certainty, that most people, are a walking violation of terms & conditions of being Human ?

Appaling, absolutely!! I've never seen anything like it, something else any more. that's what I think sometimes, maybe never, who cares , why not, after all you can't call a man a mouse, just because he eats cheese you know, I say you can't call a man a mouse just because he has a nibble every night !. HTH

Re the subject, the story I read a few weeks ago about the people standing around shouting for some poor depressed guy to jump, while filming him on their camera phones, and then he did.. It really dropped my faith in humanity to a new low, and looking at the world these days it wasn't high in the first place :
