quiz is a bit of fun, you couldn't get any knowledge out of it other to say that folk who live in rich areas (ie the RICH)  ARE ON AVERAGE HAPPIER THAN THOSE IN POORER AREAS (IE THE poor)

so it is saying,if you were unemployed and lived in Glasgow ,then won the lottery tomorrow and moved to west BUckinghamshire ,you should be happier
