This is a toughie. Tried to withdraw £500 but online bookie says we need identification. Usual thing, passport or driving license plus a utility bill from within the last 3 months.
I've got the passport but unfortunately the utility bill he gave me is now way out of date.
I just cannot get hold of this chap who is honest and reliable and I'm getting a bit worried, for him and my money. I have another £650 in the account. All the other bookies accounts in his name have been closed fortunately.
Obviously the next step is to visit him but he's over 20 miles away, although I probably will have to.
What if he's died? Has my cash died with him?
Even if he has and I send them a death certificate, they'll think it's odd that a dead customer spoke with them after he died.
Any sensible suggestion welcomed.

Yes I do the password and username GRANTCKING. It's SPORTING bET, only had the account a 3 weeks but that's not unusual for them.
download the poker software for sporting bet and see if they have a player transfer facility

y dont u just use microsft paint to change the date on the utility bill. thats wot i do. saves time and hassle chasing people for up to date id docs.

Kenny beware chip dumping. Easily spotted and your accounts will be closed and funds locked in.
A rich widow would however solve your income to expenditure problem.
