For me.

The Burj Kalifa is the only place on Earth where you can watch the sun set twice in the same day.

Watch it at ground level then get in a lift to the top, which does 35 mph, and as the building is so tall, you can watch it again.

P.S. This is not the fastest lift in the world, that's in the Rockefeller Centre in New York, and does 45 mph.

There are 8 times as many atoms in a teaspoonful of water as there are teaspoonfuls of water in the Atlantic ocean.

One I can clearly remember from school, still. An element is a substance that cannot be ssplit into two or more similar substances by chemical means, for me.

That's not a scientific fact Injera, he was claiming to know something he didn't know. It's what religious people call "Faith".

Hmm, not a religious man per se.

Many scientists of faith and none see a matrix, a web, a universe that responds to feeling and emotion .

Some scientists retain a religious faith and they are applying different criteria and standards to their belief than they do when working in a scientific context. Many other scientists do not have religious belief and I would claim they are being consistent in how they reach their conclusions.
