Quite incredible really. I just replaced my old Sony LCD with a new 50 inch Samsung LED. Huge TV. Looks like it would drink electricity for fun. Yet if switched on for 24 hours, it only uses 4p worth of electric.

Before people moan about the prive of modern TV's, they should take the running costs into account as well. I had a plasma in 2007 that done about 50p a day when used often.
