Fair point Muntz. The only thing that leads me to think they are in fact different people, is that CMAT is a renowned eco-warrior while Clarkson is well-known for polluting the atmosphere. Not just when he's driving, either. It could be an elaborate ruse, but I don't think either of them are that clever!
