reading about this a few days ago , surprised was no thread .

Guy marries her about 1981 . Have a son. Apparently split up 1984 .Divorce in 1992 .

The man is very clever but they are both hippies so 'drop out of the system' and consequently he never has 2 pennies to rub together the whole time he is with her and for years afterwards.

About 1995 he figures out a way to use his tech knowledge to put together a business that is 'green' and so morally acceptable to his hippy sensibilties.

He makes a vast fortune over the next 10 years or so . Now his ex shows up and demands a settlement of £2 Million .He thought the judge would laugh it out of court but no, she will have her case heard

But overall women have not given me much in life except grief

so as a species I am not endeared to them.....although I do make the odd exception, well we all have our needs

I can always be persuaded to take women's side...I just need  a beautiful female to turn up and give me unlimited access to her body

and they can then clean my flat for me after that...I am open to reason

still all seems so wrong - she should be entitled to the amount per cent of what he would be earning in standardised work ,unless she was the brains behind the business
