Europe is soon to have a micro chip inserted in all the plastic cards you hold in your possession .it will mean that where ever your feet may wonder a computer will be able to track you at the push of a button.this means if you go somewhere and you don't want to know that you were there ,you better not take any of your cards with you.The big problem is that they intend to insert the chip into passport cards,identity cards,bank cards, driver cards,dole cards,and every card you can think of.not a good idea imvho.
