Oh come on surely he also managed to fit in "Tax Cuts for Millionaires", "Energy Price Freeze" and "Mansion Tax" a few times?
What are you watching? He's not a man of limited talent, he's got at least four, yes count them, four, memorised sentences, as well as "uuuhhh", and rolling his eyes into the back of his head at the end of a line. That's an impressive set of skills. There are brain damaged parrots out there that can't manage the above, so, that's kind of his level. |

Labour are just absolutely ****ing useless, that much is clear. In Scotland there is a left wing alternative that now has in some eyes, credibility - Miliband can only thank his lucky stars that the similar rising star for discontent in England/Wales, UKIP, are seen as right wing and the Greens are now being shown up as mental. There is no obvious alternative for p*ssed off Labour voters to go to or I'm guessing many would be off like a shot, surely? Even then some are going to UKIP.
I thought his brother Dave was OK. You've got to think they'd be ahead if they had him and a decent cabinet, instead of that w**k Ed and his cronies, that seem to be pretty much all smug young career politicians talking down to people and reciting soundbites. |

By:
spot on imo ^^^ agree about his brother seemed more level headed

that mansion tax must be going to rake some cash in, they've already spent it 3 times over.

not many lefties on here

The mansion tax will so costly to manage it wont be worthwhile. Best way to raise money is through a tax that is already in place.

When you have big step bands strange things can happen, I don't think the likes of Ed would think this through. E.g. You've a town house that goes into the band, so you cut it in two and it becomes two flats both outside the band. You artificially keep the price/valuation below the threshold by say selling off your garden or something. You split the house and put half in your wifes name but effectively live in it as one. Etc. When you change the variables, things react and the result will be different.
As with anying Ed does, it's about getting the soundbite and a little bit of soaking the "rich". Like his tuition fees thing that only really benefits the high earners, his cabinet also thought it was a rubbish idea, but it sounds "good" if you don't analyse it in way. If he wanted to spend that sort of money wisely I'd suggest spending the money on grants/bursaries for the poor-but-bright students or something. |

Not sure if david is more level headed but he looked more photogenic and more kind of electable for sure. Like Tony Blair did.

The guy is such a populist politicing tool, he's now on about passing a law to make TV debates a legal requirement in the future. When in doubt, use the state to force people to comply is his philosophy. What a ****ing tw*t that man is!
