fighting against ISIS. RIP Konstandinos Erik Scurfield. While we have home grown terrorist scum joining up with ISIS this guy gave the ultimate sacrifice fighting with the Kurds to try and stop those fkers. Imo he died in the most worthy cause since WW2.

It's not so long ago that the west considered the Kurds to be terrorists too. Our governments will make up their mind one day.

Saddam Hussein was always good (relatively speaking for standard of that region), same as Syrian president Bashir, and Gaddafi (Libya president) both provide stability and crump down hard on extremists,
They did crucial service to their countries and favour to the world by keeping peace, There were no discrimination whether your are Christian,Sunni, Shia, Yazidis, Jew,etc. As long as you don't challenge them,alternative is ethnic cleansing and chaos.
Now these countries are base for training Jihadists, and extremism of all kind with sponsorship from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
