I just received a €100 speeding fine from the Ministerio del Interior from August 5th last year.
Seeing as they left it over 6 months to bother sending out the fine I'm tempted to wait 6 months to pay it.

Anyone familiar with Spanish law? I'm guessing if I didn't pay it I would either get nicked or more likely just be banned from driving next time I went to Spain?

a relative got a fine from the uk not long ago and they live on the continent.
they paid up.

not sure of what the procedures are but im presuming they have some kind of agreement for such things now.
