hmmmm ...think strain it...take out the pinapple.... bring it up to the boil...add some double cream and served with some croutons and hope for the best !

will think of summit ,parsley could be an idea but dont have any ....have a turnip and some parsnips though .

Making soup with a huge varied cast list of ingredients is great fun.
Butternut squash, Sweet potatoes , leeks , carrots , peas , onions , spring onions , mushrooms ....then add basil , chillis , mustard , Marmite ....... blend and enjoy. |

coconut milk was the right answer about 8 hours ago (before you put the cucumber in).
fat and volume are the only two ways to really reduce the heat. |

the cucumber was a massive mistake ,the soup never stood a chance after that ,never thought it had such a strong taste ,thought it would be more neutral.
