Whatever you do, swerve the IKEA tin opener - unless you have particular desire to slice your hands up. it cuts the tin on the side rather than at the top, leaving razor sharp edges around the entire circumference of the tin!

I know what you S.Kenbo ref Fray Bentos, I use an acetylene torch. The problem is I look a tw@t in a full welders face mask in the kitchen.
