law firms clambering all over the [ in my eyes] scandlous miss selling of convincing people to leave the government 2nd state pension and move into serps
if pensions are still a murky world today imagine turning the clock back 25 yrs ago and companies such as norwich union, austraila life, pearl etc were bombarding firms during dinner breaks and aggresively selling these policies with the backing of the government, and getting people to sign up there and then
i was one and the difference now between people who stayed in and those who came out is stagggering,80 to £100 on average wages, with pensions index linked and massive charges been payed in the past you,d need a pot of 150 grand plus in serps to compete with the government payouts this was never remotely possible,
the mistakes were even admitted with the government and firms begging people to leave the schemes before finaly , automaticaly putting people back into the government 2nd state pension,
seems an open goal to claims firms to me,but maybe the system was that complicated even they dont really understand what was happening,
does anyone else involved have any thoughts, ?

a friend of mine and his dad got conned with that a few years ago, luckily he was in the NUM and they sorted it all out for him so he wasn't out of pocket
