I often have a jump, but always in bed.

Strangest thing, as my entire body jerks like Razy Gogonea.

Reason I mention this is that I just had a funny turn just sitting here at my desk.

I seemed to almost pass out but, at the same time, I went forwards and round in a clockwise direction, to end up back where I started, but feeling pretty strange!

Don't just dismiss it as "a funny turn".

Go to docs and get checked - especially if you are at risk ... high BP., family history, smoker, heavy drinker, mid aged, especially high end.

It could be a prelude to a stroke.

Go to Docs now ... I know, I was that man (honest, not joking ... but made a great recovery - over time - with help & medication).

Thanks guys, I'm under constant monitoring for my BP.

I've already phoned the surgery, and waiting for a call back from my doctor.

Have been looking on line (as we do) and at the possibility of unrecognised "mini strokes" as a warning of a more serious event.
