BBC don't bother showing much sport nowadays.
However, if someone mentioned a pop concert... I'm sure that they would send a hundred cameras to film that. We all love a pop concert......., don't we? |
|
By:
....and F1 of course.
Whole swathes of a weekend's airtime devoted to that. |

Hope your mam gets better soon Do Wah.

lol, rtb with an attack on BBC coverage of F1 was nailed on here. Not that I don't agree with him. It's pathetic the way they make it the big thing on their website on a friday for a fkin practice session in papua new guinea ffs.

Yeah - I'm nothing if not predictable!
Bloody HATE that pseudo-sporting circus with a passion. |

Their sports reports on the BBC breakfast programme are simply awful. Always presented by a woman with no knowledge of sport (except for weekends), and they focus purely on personalities, rather than sports. Eg, they started the bit on Andy Murray's Aussie Open final by talking about the t-shirt that his missus was wearing.
This was followed by Carol (the weather woman) doing a toe-curling cringy "forecast" on the transfer deadline day mood around the country. Then they (surprisingly) mentioned that the Patriots had won the Superbowl. Didn't even mention the score. |

agree with breakfast sport, woman on it is shocking ' let me tell you ' and 'do you know what ' kin bollox

Breakfast really annoys me on a weekend with Mike Bushall. Breeze over the major sports stories in a few sentences and spend the rest of the time with Dan Walker inexplicably plugging Football Focus and then a feature on an obscure 'sport' (which is always described as the fastest growing sport in the UK by virtue of the fact participation has risen 100% from 1 to 2 people
) |
|
By:
The BBC has got rid of sport and now we can have more programs about houses buying.
|
|
By:
think they should have a few more cooking programmes myself.
|

Is Mike Bushall a primordial dwarf?
And Charlie Stayt on breakfast time - another midget Why do they only employ very small people? |
