got new sky remote, problems programming, following instructions , unable to get all functions

Get Sky to sort it. It's their equipment. It's their problem. Give them a ring. They should be able to sort it.

cheers roger, got that link, able to change channels but not volume. will ring sky in morning.

Assuming you want to use the remote for your TV, just use Roger's link.
There are usually a few different codes for each make of telly. Just try them all (for the brand you're using) until you find the one that works. If your issue is with the remote not working the Sky decoder, there is quite possibly a fault (or your batteries are knacked). If the red light (on the remote) flashes every time you press anything then the remote is probably OK. |
