The reason is that even if he's released after his 9 years he's on licence and is subject to recall at any time. |

Accommodation should be provided next door to a member of the Board . No problem if they are not a danger , See how many early releases would happen then. |

As with many crime stories, if you put revulsion aside, you are left wondering what is the point.
