@akabula's google took me to the Belfast Telegraph's uncritical reprint of a Russian propaganda piece.
Russian volunteer sniper in Ukraine is presumably Russian Army (not supposed to be in Ukraine) and connects the Ukrainian government not only with employing IS terrorists but also putting $1M bounties on their killers. In the words of whoever said it: hmm. |

Apparently IS are using decoy death announcements to cover returnees to their own countries to commit offences,I would be very wary of any reports.
