Regret over a bad business transaction, he was hardly on solid ground from the start, and surely must have been advised he could lose and face a massive legal bill, or he was so bloody mad and fuming about it he went ahead anyway. Big Mac was another one who made a bad decision to go to Court after C4 dropped him, and that bad decision cost him a big legal bill. And he was hardly on solid ground either. He was very unlikely to win that case from the start ! |
