Seven Mongolian skiers are to compete in the 2015 Winter Universiade, under coach of the national skiing team B.Battulga. The Mongolian national team includes International Sports Master B.Byambadorj, and B.Amarsanaa, B.Achbadrakh, O.Gantulga, E.Ariuntungalag, A.Enkhtuul and J.Khaliun. The 27th Winter Universiade will take place in two countries. The biathlon, cross-country skiing, Nordic combined, and ski jumping tournaments will take place in Slovakia, from January 24 to February 1. Alpine skiing, curling, figure skating, ice hockey, and snowboarding tournaments will take place in Granada, Spain, from February 4 to 14. Mongolian athletes will compete in cross-country skiing in Slovakia. Mongolia first took part in the 1991 Winter Universiade, held in Sapporo, Japan.
