I can only see a thumb-nailed size front cover of the latest copy of Charlie Hebdo at that link. I can't see those "Danish Cartoons" reproduced there unless my poor old eyes are deceiving me.

It is only the front cover :

So are we saying that The Guardian HASN'T actually published the "Danish Cartoons" ?
|
|
By:
Wesdag got it wrong
It is only one cartoon of Mohammed on cover. |
|
By:
Thank you.
For anyone else who's interested, The Guardian also hasn't published a big cartoon of The Undrawable One doing a big dump at a bank while depositing a benefits giro. |
|
By:
I was referring to the Charlie Hebdo cover which the Daily Mail has bottled out of printing.
My apologies for any confusion caused. |

A very flighted delivery should do the trick..

Bedi met his future wife Glenith at a party in Melbourne in 1968. They initially talked about the banking industry before conversation turned to more personal matters.[21]
His son Angad Bedi played cricket up to Under-19 level for Delhi before taking up a career in modelling and acting. ![]() |

If I was an editor I would NOT print them either.
Why create a situation where you and your staff have to look over their shoulders for years to come or worse, get shot? All very well going on about free speech but if the police can't protect us from these people then it's best to be practical. Pity that no editor is making the point that with too many Islamic extremists in the UK, with UK passports, it's not safe to speak openly about Islam. Then and only then will we get to the real debate... |

a mate of mine who could definitely be described as a namby pamby liberal, and usually keeping a comfortable distance from those he defends was in Shoreditch last week. He went to get a bus from there to Islington. A bus did turn up in the piss1ng rain, only for the moslem driver to keep the doors shut while he took a few minutes out to pray to mecca. In the meantime a few old ladies, one with a zimmer had to wait in the cold and rain while he conducted his paranormal exercise. My pal told me this story yesterday - and was he seething!

Credit where it's due as I thought the guardian would bottle putting anything up, but it is a tiny image of the front cover tucked away.

You want to check out how many muslims write for the guardian - the penny is starting to drop here. I always wondered about the paper's slant on Islam !!!
