Did she choose to do the boat race ahead of the Grand National? Maybe she doesn't want her vast, octopus-like dominion - adverts, books, radio, chat shows, balsam cultivation in the Himalayas - to be damaged by bad publicity from any possible horse deaths.

Hey Aka - Sarver bid rejected - was someone just trying to drive up the share-price? 
He came from nowhere Vel. One other thing that bothered me was how could he offer such amounts without having done due diligence.
He had no idea about any possible claims on any of the assets and wouldn't know what commercial deals were in place.

Yeah - that is stupid and embarrassing, Aka - not just for Celtic fans but for the paper too. Apart from anything else, if there is trouble at the game, it could be part of the blaming and finger pointing that will take place.
