What beats me is how Vince Cable rose up to become a force in politics purely on his quip about Brown changing from Stalin to Mr Bean.
I've never heard him say anything worth remembering since. He just trots out the usual political tripe, hoping that he's boring people enough to make them lose concentration and not notice what he's saying. Which generally isn't much. |

Cable definitely not one to trust.
Remember watching a pre-election debate with him, Osbourne and Balls before the last election. He finished last of three by quite some distance. The man has always been a guesser. |

before the crash he trawled around every tv and radio outlet and spouted out a different theory about the causes of the crash to each outlet,post crash he got them to continualy air the ones which made him look like he knew what he was talking about and buried the others,  |
