I have no idea what this thread is about, as the origianal poster doesn't say! But I do know that there is a church in Mecca, just as there is just about everywhere else in the world. Of course, wherever the church is persecuted, it has to go underground, and when discovered christians are imprisoned, beaten, tortured and killed, just as they are in some 40 or so countries today.
Actually Saudi Arabia isn't even in the top ten; Open Doors lists them as number 12 in the charts of the most dangerous countries for a Christian to live in! http://www.opendoorsuk.org/persecution/country_profiles.php |
